Open Call: Fund Your Bet
In order to meet the challenge presented by AGI, we want to develop research groups that meet a high standard of scientific rigor. We are interested in projects that meet epistemic standards comparable to rigorous technical disciplines, e.g. physics.
To this end, Iliad is interested in funding projects or seeding organizations that meet one or all of the following criteria:
Predictive theory. Mathematically founded research that yields predictions that can be experimentally tested.
Empirical rigor. We are interested in projects that conduct methodologically-mature, theory-informed experiments whose results can be used to advance theory.
