Own the execution of Iliad's events, from 200-person conferences to small workshops and retreats, across the Bay Area, London, and beyond.

$80,000–$130,000 depending on experience and location

Iliad is hiring an Event Manager to own event execution across conferences, workshops and retreats.

The role covers attendee communications, venues, catering, vendors, onsite logistics, budgets and coordination across multiple events. It also includes building systems that make event operations more reliable as Iliad grows.

Strong candidates bring end-to-end event operations experience, sound judgement under pressure, excellent communication and willingness to travel frequently across the US, UK and EU.
