Iliad is hiring a Finance Manager to own financial operations as the organization transitions from fiscal sponsorship to an independent legal entity.
The role includes bookkeeping and month-end close, accounts payable, budgeting and forecasting, restricted-grant tracking, management reporting, audit preparation, compliance, internal controls and workflow automation.
The role requires strong US nonprofit finance knowledge, relevant accounting experience, careful written communication and comfort being the primary owner of a small but growing organization's finance function.
